A blocked or failing Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is one of the most expensive faults on a modern diesel — replacement units routinely cost £1,500+. Our DPF software solutions resolve the issue at ECU level for vehicles where the filter is failing, blocking repeatedly, or where the regeneration cycle is no longer working correctly.

Why DPFs block

DPFs trap soot from the exhaust and burn it off during a regeneration cycle. They block when the regen cycle keeps getting interrupted (typical for short-journey, urban driving), when sensors fail, or when the filter itself is reaching the end of its life. Once a DPF passes a certain blockage threshold, it cannot recover on its own.

How our DPF solution works

We rewrite the ECU map so the engine no longer relies on the failing DPF strategy. We can also clean or replace the filter at the same time. The result is a diesel that drives properly, stops throwing forced regen warnings, and clears persistent DPF fault codes.
